A Future 4 U

We want our future to be better than our today.  Have you made a decision to change?   What have you done today to make tomorrow better?

You can have a plan for today but if you don't take any action and implement that plan then you only have a fantasy.  Easy to say you are going to make a change, easy to write the plan down but it will not just happen,  The hard part is to take action, show that you truly want to make a change.  

So what's the plan? Let's start making a list of everything you are going to do tomorrow.
Oh my it is the end of the day and you have over 27 things to do tomorrow.  OK  you want change so you say I will get all of this done tomorrow.  'NOT!'  You can't get all that done tomorrow and then what happens at the end of the day and you have only finished 3 things?  You feel hopeless because you want change and you did what you were supposed to do and you FAILED.  Do you realize you did 3 extra things today.  Remember Noah did not build the ARK overnight.  It took him years.  

So we are going to start with making a reasonable  list of things to do .  First you write down everything you have to do that cannot be put off.

1.  Get the children up fed, get them ready for school  
2.  Take the children to school  
3.  Drop off the cleaning  
4.  Go to work  
5.  Pick the kids up  
6.  fix dinner/feed the family  
7.  Clean the kitchen   
8. Pick up the house
9. Do a load of laundry.  

Now we all know that is a full day and sometimes it feels hopeless.   

Mercy me, how can I do one more thing?  How am I going to make a change?  Come back and we will discuss how you can do one more thing, how you can take action and change.  It is not hopeless.
